Add items to the Privacy - Legal basis list
The Privacy - Legal basis list contains options that users select to document the legal basis for processing a contact’s personal data.

Steps

Select Lists in the Navigator.

Select Privacy - Legal basis from the dropdown menu. The Items tab shows all existing sources.

Click Add to open the Edit list item dialog.

Enter the name of the item in the Name field.

Enter a unique identifier for the legal basis in the Key field. This value will remain unique independent of database and is used by developers.

Type in a description of the item in the Description field.

Click Save to save the changes or Cancel to reject them.
