Add request or message
You can create a request in SuperOffice directly from Outlook. If the email relates to an ongoing issue, you can attach the message to a specific request.
Create request

Open the email related to the request.

In the SuperOffice Outlook sidebar, select Create request in SuperOffice.

Choose the appropriate queue for the new request.

Click Save.
Add message

In the SuperOffice Outlook sidebar, select Add message to request.

Search for the request by ID or title and select it.

Click Save.

You can also create a follow-up or sale directly from the email.
